As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address were customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, long wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
