As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address included customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
