As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers needing to figure out the logistics of transporting their own items to a store for repair, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
