As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address were customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
