As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to address included customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
