As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address included customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
