As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address were customers having to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
