As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, long wait times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
