As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve were customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
