As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, lengthy wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
