As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address were customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
