As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address were customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
