As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address included customers needing to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
