As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to solve were customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
