As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve included customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was time for resistance. So, he started his own mobile repair service for items spanning from lawn tractors to ATVs to handheld maintenance tools such as chainsaws.
