As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve were customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers. Ryan felt it was time for resistance. So, he created his own mobile repair company for equipment ranging from lawn mowers to golf carts to yard maintenance tools like leaf blowers.
