As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to solve included customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
