As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address included customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was time for a rebellion. So, he established his own mobile repair service for equipment ranging from lawn mowers to golf carts to yard maintenance tools such as chainsaws.
