As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to address included customers having to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was time for a rebellion. So, he started his own mobile repair service for items ranging from lawn mowers to golf carts to yard maintenance tools such as leaf blowers.
