As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to address were customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
