As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address were customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
