As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was time for a rebellion. So, he established his own mobile repair service for items ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to yard maintenance tools like leaf blowers.
