As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address were customers having to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, long wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
