As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve included customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers. Ryan felt it was high time for resistance. So, he started his own mobile repair service for items ranging from lawn tractors to ATVs to yard maintenance tools such as chainsaws.
