As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve included customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
