As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
