As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long wait times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
