As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, lengthy wait times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
