As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address were customers having to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, long wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
