As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own items to a shop for fixing, long wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
