As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve were customers having to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
