As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to solve included customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
