As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to solve were customers needing to sort out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
