As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
