As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve included customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
