As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for repair, lengthy wait times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
