As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address included customers needing to sort out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was time for resistance. So, he established his own mobile repair company for items spanning from lawn tractors to golf carts to handheld maintenance implements such as chainsaws.
