As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address were customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
