As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for having equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
