As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address were customers having to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was time for a rebellion. So, he created his own mobile repair company for equipment ranging from lawn tractors to ATVs to yard maintenance implements such as chainsaws.
