As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address were customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
