As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
