As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve were customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own items to a store for fixing, lengthy wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
