As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for fixing, long wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
