As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address were customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
