As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for having equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to address were customers having to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
