As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to solve were customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own items to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
