As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve included customers needing to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for fixing, long wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was high time for resistance. So, he established his own mobile repair company for items spanning from lawn tractors to ATVs to handheld maintenance implements like chainsaws.
