As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address included customers having to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a store for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was high time for a rebellion.
