As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers having to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
